CATO enables you to assess your candidates in advance of your assessment centre using a range of powerful psychometric aptitude tests. The assessments are built to enable you to understand whether your candidates have the intellectual fire-power to meet the problem solving, decision making and learning acquisition demands of the job.
Alternatively you can ask your candidates to complete the questionnaires during your assessment centre using either CATO or the paper and pencil equivalents, the Utopia series or the Business Challenges series.
CATO has two levels of assessment
Utopia high-level verbal and numerical critical reasoning tests for top-level managers, professionals and graduates.
B2C Business Challenges mid-level reasoning tests for candidates to customer-service, retail, team leadership and admin roles.

Danger-zones and narrative text clearly describe the strengths and concerns associated with each candidate's results. Structured interview questions enable your interviewers to follow-up these strengths and concerns when they talk with your candidates.
