The Odyssey concept

In order to fully engage your participants and create the right impact, our exercises are based on a scenario, which, like a story or journey, has a beginning, a middle and an end.

Like a journey or an adventure, events developed using the Odyssey approach evoke a range of human emotions and motivations. These vary depending on the purposes and nature of the event, but may include: challenge, passion, humour, success, surprise and learning.
