Integrated online pre-selection: Trinity

The Trinity series enables you to pre-select online the candidates you invite to your assessment centre, using a single, combined assessment measuring both aptitude and personality. Trinity has been designed to minimise the time spent sifting through applications and improve the calibre of candidates chosen for the second stage of the assessment process.
Trinity has two levels of assessment
Trinity Exec assesses the ability, personality and emotional style of candidates for management and professional roles.
Trinity Beta assesses the suitability of candidates for mid level roles such as customer service advisers, retail assistants, admin roles and team leadership.
Interviewer friendly candidate reports
Trinity produces a concise 3-page report on every candidate assessed. The reports use danger-zones and narrative text to clearly describe the strengths and concerns associated with each candidate's results. The final page offers interview questions based on the candidate's online assessment.
Paper and pencil equivalents
