Consultant Occupational Psychologist Based in Brighton.
Salary £Neg
In your role you will take responsibility for the delivery of consultancy projects, the development of lasting working relationships with clients, and the creation of new business. You must either be a chartered occupational psychologist or eligible to attain that status, with a minimum of three years experience in a consultancy or HR role.
Your experience must include: Training delivery and design, assessment and development centre facilitation and business development track record.
Business Development Manager Based in Brighton.
Salary guide: OTE 52K Max £74K
You will have a passion for sales and a track record in developing high-value client relationships to become our Business Development Manager. You will take responsibility for growing the psychometric products part of our business, applying your strong sales focus to manage and develop both new and existing relationships by meeting with clients, following up leads, writing proposals, negotiating contracts and working collaboratively with the marketing team.
Willing to travel, you can also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Knowledge of the psychometric testing industry and/or web-platform technology would be desirable.
