Following on from the hugely successful Supersifter - an online assessment system that provided a range of personality and ability assessments and integrated with ASDA's existing applicant tracking system - ASDA looked to Criterion Partnership to design a new assessment process.
The result? ASDA Reality - a bespoke assessment centre process designed exclusively for ASDA, combining the principles of values-based assessment with a taste of the reality of working for ASDA.
