Avea, Unida and Criterion Partnership: A Tale of Development Centre Design
This case study describes how Criterion Partnership worked with their Turkish partners, Unida, to develop and deliver a 2-day development centre for the Management population of Avea, Turkey's largest Mobile operator. This involved:
- The creation of a bespoke competency framework with exercises to match each competency.
- The translation and branding of the exercises
- The development of a feedback and self reflection process to enable Managers to create their own Personal Development Plan
- An identification of key strengths and competencies within indivdiual Managers to be tied into Avea's succession planning process
