Skills for successful interviewing

For when you need to help your interviewers to do a great job

This interviewing masterclass will enable your delegates to get the most out of your interviews through asking the right questions, building a complete picture of the strengths and concerns associated with each candidate and making effective decisions.

Effective interviews reduce the amount of time spent managing under-performing staff, dealing with high turnover and conducting further recruitment sessions. By increasing the power of your delegates' interviewing skills they will free up more time for the activities that really make a difference to the way they lead their teams and achieve objectives.

The course is very practical in nature and enables your delegates to learn, practise and develop the critical skills associated with successful interviews.

Different levels of sophistication

The interviewing masterclass can be tailored to reflect your delegates' level of interviewing experience. Foundation modules help your beginners to develop basic interviewing skills. Intermediate and advanced modules help your experienced interviewers to refine their skills and enhance them with more advanced interviewing techniques. Your interviewing masterclass can be delivered in-house over 1-3 days depending on the number of modules that are included to meet your training objectives and delegates' development needs. The masterclass can also be delivered in conjunction with our assessor training course. Your delegates' learning from the course can be supported by our True Colours self-development modules to enhance the effectiveness of the intervention.
