Applying psychological assessment in the workplace: Level A & B training

We offer you a choice of training programmes that enable you to achieve qualification at Level A (Occupational Testing), Level B (Personality assessment) and Test Administration. These are industry standard qualifications based on a syllabus of assessment developed by the British Psychological Society (BPS). These qualifications enable you to use psychometric tests published by UK test publishers.

A choice of training programmes
Our courses are delivered on an in-house basis at a time and place of your choice. You can choose between four course formats:
- Level A (Occupational Testing) training course 3 days
- Level B (Personality Assessment) training course 3 days
- Combined Level A&B training course 5-days
- Test Administration training course 1-day
These in-house training courses cover the content areas defined by the British Psychological Society (BPS) for gaining the Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing (Level A), Personality Assessment (Level A) or Test Administration. Our Level A & B courses utilise your time more effectively through a mixture of pre- and post- course work which bookend the practical course. This means that the time spent in the training room focuses only on the critical aspects of practical skills-development.

The emphasis of the programmes is on developing best-practice techniques rather then hard theory and focuses on modern, sophisticated ability and personality assessment tools and their application to business challenges.
