British Gas Services – Top UK Workplace

One of Criterion Partnership’s biggest clients British Gas Services has been rated in the top 50 Best Places to work in the UK.
All the companies listed in the programme have been targeted for their progressive people management practices and the generous benefits they provide for their people. British Gas was especially credited for its recruitment measures, which specifically target female engineers.
Over 4,000 organisations were involved in the Best Work Places programme this year which is run by the Great Place to Work Institute ®. They define a great work place as an organisation where employees trust the people they work for, have pride in what they do, and enjoy the people they work with.
Criterion Partnership worked with British Gas on a project to ensure they were recruiting candidates with the right values and culture fit for the organisation, which has supplied them with considerable cost savings as well as better quality of new recruits.
