British Gas and Criterion Partnership make HR Excellence Finals

The highly successful values-based recruitment initiative has received yet more recognition, this time making it to the finals of the HR Excellence Awards for ‘Most Effective Recruitment and Retention’.
The project, which was carried out by British Gas Services and Criterion Partnership, introduced the measurement of candidate values and used innovative technological development in order to better attract, select and retain new staff.
Alan Redman, Lead Consultant on the project said "We are keeping our fingers crossed for the awards night - this project was a finalist for the Personnel Today awards last year but we didn't have the depth of fantastic retention data that this HR Excellence entry includes - which demonstrates the success of the project over the longer term."
The results will be announced at the award ceremony at the Hilton, Park Lane, London on 7 July. More information on the project can be found in our case studies section.
