Criterion’s online assessment seminar - a great success!

Fifty top HR professionals from across the country joined together on Thursday 26 June for Criterion’s free event ‘Online assessment – State of the art 2.0’ held at the Energy Clinic in London.
During the seminar, which looked at how online assessment has progressed over the last few years, delegates heard some enthusing presentations from two of Criterion’s biggest clients. Representatives from both ASDA and British Gas shared their experiences of implementing an online system and the resulting positive impact it has had on their recruitment process.
Round table discussions also took place, giving delegates the chance to raise any particular issues or challenges they were facing in their own organisation and share their knowledge and experiences.
Delegates were left with ‘food for thought’ in terms of how to begin the journey of introducing online psychometrics into their recruitment process or where they could go next with their current systems.
