"Alliance Pharmacy – Medicines check-up service" has been selected as one of just six finalists for the "Customer Service Initiative of the Year" category of the Retail Week Awards 2008.
The short-listed programme is the 2007 drive to increase adoption of the free Medicines Check-Up service within Alliance Pharmacy stores using a training programme designed and delivered in partnership with Criterion Partnership.
The awards are the Oscars within the Retail sector, and this category is one of the most fiercely contested, so getting through to the finals is an achievement in itself.
