Criterion Partnership success at Training Journal Awards

Criterion Partnership are celebrating their win at the 2009 Training Journal Awards, having won the Best Externally Developed and Delivered Programme in partnership with Dstl.
The submission described the leadership and development programme that Criterion developed for Dstl, which has been embedded into a major change initiative. The programme, which is still currently running, has produced excellent results including a strong positive shift in the upwards feedback survey taken annually.
Barbara Busby, Head of People Strategy at Dstl comments ‘The 3-day workshops designed and delivered by Criterion have given our leaders the confidence and strategic know-how to lead their team through a large change programme within Dstl. The experiential element certainly takes them out of their comfort zone and will enable our leaders to deal with change as an ongoing challenge, both now and in the future.’
