Criterion Partnership to launch Trinity Exec
13/02/2007
Criterion Partnership is soon to announce the launch of the latest development in occupational psychometric online assessment. The Trinity series of tests is a comprehensive, state-of-the-art assessment tool combining the elements of personality, verbal reasoning and numerical aptitude.
Designed for graduate and management level recruitment and development, Trinity Exec is soon to be followed by the entry-level Trinity Beta assessment, both of which are destined to become the standard for comprehensive online candidate testing.
Alan Redman, Director with Criterion Partnership, yesterday said; “The concept was to develop a combined online assessment tool that could provide detailed information about, not only applicants’ abilities, but their personality and behavioural tendencies as well. Organisations should increasingly expect to be judged on the quality of the online tests they use. As such the Trinity tool has been designed to such a standard as to make the very best impression on applying candidates.”
Up until now, psychometric tests have typically been independent entities with each ability, aptitude or personality test being conducted and interpreted individually. The team at Criterion found that clients needed a process that could provide a penetrating and comprehensive insight into each candidate’s personality along with objective assessments of their numerical and verbal reasoning skills, presented clearly and concisely in a single in-depth report.
Richard Hunter, Director of Criterion Partnership Ltd and Head of Development for the Trinity series of assessments identified the need for a singular comprehensive assessment tool that could combine and target the key areas of most significance to recruiters.
“Increased performance, reduced turnover and alignment with company values; it is these advantages of psychometric testing that we wanted to combine into a single assessment tool. It had to be rapid, cost-effective and insightful…Trinity now encompasses all of these needs.”
It is around this premise that Trinity Exec has been developed. Providing clients with the information they need to ensure that their candidates have not only the skills but the motivation, culture fit and personality style essential to outstanding job performance.
Retail Week ran an article this January about the advantages of online recruitment. “Speed and Functionality Matter” the article read, “investment in the technological infrastructure of the online site is likely to pay dividends in creating a positive candidate experience”. As far as maximising online success and technological forward-thinking, with the Trinity series of tests Criterion Partnership has certainly ensured that their clients will be kept one step ahead.
Trinity Exec is due to be published online soon. For further information e-mail letterbox@criterionpartnership.co.uk and keep a close eye on our website for further developments.
