Criterion Shortlisted for Best Customer Service Training category of TJ Awards

"Alliance Pharmacy – Medicines check-up service" has been selected as one of just five finalists for the "Customer Service Training " category of the TJ Awards 2008.
The shortlisted programme is the 2007 drive to increase adoption of the free Medicines Check-Up service within Alliance Pharmacy stores using a training programme designed and delivered in association with Criterion Partnership.
MCUs are free 15-40 minute discussions between specially qualified pharmacists and customers in private consultation rooms. They ensure customers use their medicines correctly and have any related concerns addressed.
The awards ceremony will be held in London in June 2008, following the Annual TJ Conference.
