Criterion and British Gas awarded for online values assessment

Criterion Partnership and British Gas Services received a certificate of merit for ‘Innovative use of Technology’ at the prestigious London and South East recruitment awards this month.
The award was in recognition for the pioneering British Gas Services online recruitment site which has made use of technology to assess candidate values at the very beginning of the recruitment process.
The online job application portal created by Criterion Partnership assessed values along with numerical/verbal reasoning and interpersonal/thinking style. The output was a list of applicants that could be sorted by values and ability and only the best invited to assessment centres.
