Criterion and Dstl make a winning team
13/10/2009
Criterion Partnership and Dstl were proud to receive a regional accolade at this years National Training Awards, in recognition of their partnership and collaboration.
This award was obtained as a result of the leadership development programme designed and delivered for Dstl by Criterion. Dstl came to Criterion because they needed to make change happen – they were relying on their leaders not only to get on board with proposed changes but also have the right skills and confidence to enthuse the other members of their team.
The National Training judges felt the project was ‘a good example of a strong partnership where the training delivery team is viewed as an extension of the main organisation’.
‘What makes this partnership work is the willingness of the training partner to achieve the overarching requirements of the organisation they are partnering - in this case the language used by the predominant logical scientific minds of the potential delegates’.
This was the second award the partners have collected this year, having been finalists for several others including last nights Human Capital Awards. And with Criterion adding to the portfolio of courses available for Dstl managers, this is a partnership that we will see continue to thrive.
