CAL Online enables you to choose from a library of 46 scales to configure your personality questionnaires to reflect your precise, organisational needs. A tailored CAL personality questionnaire can be based on a selection of scales which:

- Provide a detailed insight into particular elements of personality

- Can be administered online or by paper and pencil materials
With 6 or 12 item versions available, you can choose between a penetrating assessment or short, focused assessment.
