Alison France

Alison joined Criterion as a Business Psychologist in 2007, coming from a previous role as a Change Consultant for a large pensions provider (including BPO, IT & consultancy). Following an initial career in retail management, Alison’s desire to combine her commercial and interpersonal skills led her to return to education where she achieved a Masters in Occupational Psychology.
Alison is passionate about improving the profitability of organisations as well as employee satisfaction. Her extensive expertise in change, well-being, stress and leadership development has involved her in projects with retail, engineering, financial services, project management and government organisations worldwide.
Through these projects she has designed and delivered a variety of interventions which support the achievement of organisational goals and provide personal development for employees.
Working as a retail manager and change consultant has also provided Alison with a wealth of experience in management and HR which allows her to truly understand the challenges facing leaders and HR professionals in contemporary organisations.
