Alison France
Alison is a Business Psychologist and chartered member of the CIPD with over 15 years experience of leadership training and organisational development as a line manager, internal and external consultant. She started working for Criterion Partnership in 2007 and now enjoys working as an associate consultant.
Alison has worked with clients in public and private sector organisations including; financial services, media and communications, pharmaceuticals, defence, management consulting, engineering, IT and project management.
Projects
have included; Organisational change, leadership, performance management,
resourcing and recruitment, advanced communications, stress and behavioural
change linked to organisational strategy. Alison's expertise includes facilitation of organisational development
and change, project managing integration projects such as revision and
implementation of new performance management processes, identification,
development and support of change 'champions' (key influencers), developing and
implementing new organisational values, measurement of progress towards the
organisational strategy (using balanced scorecard) and creation of integrated
career progression paths.
When not working Alison can be found on and around the South Downs on her motorbike or trekking on horseback.
