Alison France
Alison joined Criterion as a Business Psychologist in 2007, coming from a previous role as a Change Consultant in an HR team. Following an initial career in retail management, Alison’s desire to combine her customer service, commercial and interpersonal skills led her to return to full-time education where she achieved a Masters in Occupational Psychology.
Alison is passionate about improving the profitability of organisations as well as employee satisfaction. Her expertise in change management, well-being and stress management, balanced scorecards and customer service has involved her in projects with engineering, financial services, project management and government organisations worldwide.
As part of these projects she has designed and delivered a variety of interventions which support the achievement of organisational goals and provide personal development for employees.
Working as a retail manager and change consultant has also provided Alison with a wealth of experience in management and HR which allows her to truly understand the challenges facing managers and HR professionals in contemporary organisations.
