Carol Arnese
Carol took the role of part time Business Administrator with Criterion in June this year after being introduced to us by her colleague and friend Luigi P.
Carol had worked in a similar role at her last company Legal & General for eleven years managing and arranging the diaries of tutors, organising training events and supporting the Management Development Team when necessary.
She now works closely with her Business Manager to maintain the smooth running and preparation of the training courses Criterion offer, along with providing valuable support to the Consultants and Directors alike.
She has taken the leap to working in a smaller team with great ease and is very happy to be working with such a great bunch of people. When she is not with Criterion, Carol is a busy mum of two and enjoys the odd glass of vino (once the kids are in bed of course!!!!).
