Diane Aitchison
Diane is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and an Associate of Criterion Partnership, having worked in both internal and external consulting roles.
Diane has over twelve years experience designing and delivering projects in the areas of selection and development. She joined Criterion Partnership in 1997 as a consultant occupational psychologist and has worked for clients including The Environment Agency, Ford Motor Company, Specsavers, Glaxo Wellcome, Morgan Stanley, Citibank and Sussex Police.
During her career, Diane has developed expertise in a range of assessment and development activities, including training and developing senior managers and professional staff, and designing and delivering integrated scenario-based assessment and development centres.
She also works closely with clients to design and deliver individual team events and development programmes. In addition to her experience in delivering training for a wide range of development needs, such as management and leadership skills, ability and personality assessment, and mentoring.
