Donna Conway

Donna is Criterion Partnership’s Customer Relationship Manager and is always happy to talk about the services that Criterion can offer you.  Having obtained a degree in Psychology, Donna spent three years working in Local Government.  Following a desire to pursue her interests in Occupational Psychology she then joined Criterion in October 2007.
 
Donna has a strong knowledge of all Criterion’s products and acts as the first point of call for new enquiries.   Since joining she has also been involved with developing the new website, organising a company rebrand, and planning a seminar based on online recruitment.    She likes to keep up to speed with the industry as a whole and carries out regular market research.

Donna enjoys being part of the Criterion team and is amazed at how a company could be so suited to the city it’s located in.  She loves working in Brighton and tries to spend her lunch breaks by the sea, preferably with an ice cream.
