Jane Fan
Jane joined Criterion Partnership as a student intern in 2010. She gained a bachelor degree in Human Resource Management at one of the top universities in China before she came to London School of Economics to pursue the further study in Organizational Psychology in 2009.
Jane is passionate about being an Occupational Psychologist and working in the field of Human Resource Management. Because of her Chinese background, she is also greatly dedicated herself to helping Criterion Partnership expand their business into China.
Her main job responsibilities include marketing research, reviewing the psychometric qualities of Criterion Partnership’s numerical tests and the translation of the systems. She is also interested in seeking new business opportunities in China for the company. She regards the opportunity of working in Criterion Partnership as a great start to her career as an Occupational Psychologist and wishes to make progress together with the company.
