Judy Bennet

Judy Bennet

Judy is a Chartered Psychologist and has worked as a consultant for eleven years. Following a successful career in banking, Judy retrained as a psychologist, and worked at two London-based consultancies before joining Criterion Partnership in 1998.

She is now a joint-Director of the business, and her clients have been drawn from a broad range of businesses including Morgan Stanley, Ford Motor Company, Specsavers, Zurich Financial Services and BNFL Magnox.

Judy's main expertise is in helping organisations and the people that work within them to assess their capability and to develop their skills. This includes the design and delivery of assessment and development centres, 360-degree (multi-source) feedback and a variety of teambuilding interventions.

She has also worked with clients to identify leadership potential and put together programmes which help those embarking on self-development to make the right choices... and to build and maintain motivation to develop. She is also the co-author of a number of self-development materials published by Criterion Partnership, including the True Colours portfolio.

Judy is committed to building strong relationships with clients - something which she feels builds her own motivation - and sees helping them to have some fun along the way as vitally important to her role.
