Kieran Harris
Kieran is Criterion Partnership’s Business Development Manager, having joined the team in early October 2008. Since completing a degree in Psychology Kieran has worked in many regions across the world, including Europe, Asia and North America, and has enjoyed the opportunity to work with some of the world’s foremost companies. His passion in business is to build strong relationships so that he can truly understand his client’s needs and implement worthwhile and effective interventions that ensure long-term success for them.
Kieran’s passion to improve his academic knowledge was developed further when he completed a Masters in Business Psychology; his research project explored global variations in the factors that affect employee engagement.
Kieran looks forward to working with old and new clients equally and is always happy to discuss individual client’s requirements, and how best Criterion Partnership can solve these needs.
Away from the vibrant world of Criterion Partnership Kieran enjoys playing the guitar, walking his trusty canine companion Murphy, playing rugby and golf on weekends, and relaxing with his ever patient wife Sarah… not all at the same time.
