Luigi Paiano
Luigi is the most recent recruit to the team of Consultants here at Criterion, joining in October 2008. He is a committed and conscientious Consultant with a strong focus on Management Learning & Development. He also has a record of being an accomplished supervisor of multi-cultural, cross-discipline units and his recruitment and leadership of diverse teams over the past two decades has added real tangible experience to his ability to facilitate and coach.
Luigi has a keen drive to deliver excellence through people development and motivation and is passionate that the customer experience is paramount. Having worked for a handful of blue chip UK and International organizations, he brings a wealth of diverse experience, especially in the private sector.
His most recent specialisms have been in designing and delivering leadership programmes and team building events. Combining this with a solid history of application of theory into management practice means that Criterion can welcome a well rounded and experienced addition to the team…
