Luigi Paiano
Luigi is a committed and conscientious consultant, previously a full-time member of the team here at Criterion and now an Associate Consultant as he looks to continue studies in the field of education. He has a strong focus on Leadership Development and a particular passion for working with teams – exploring their challenges, reviewing their dynamics and collaborating with them to achieve continuous improvement.
What makes Luigi a good person to ask for help in developing you or those you work with? Well, he has vast experience so brings anecdotal support to compliment the theoretical. This experience comes from a substantial part of his career leading various teams from various backgrounds and disciplines through good times and more challenging ones. His teams were from diverse organisations; from small family-owned businesses through to multi-national corporations. In addition, he has gained qualifications from the ILM, CIPD and the BPS in an endeavour to add some academic grounding to the experiential brawn.
You can count on Luigi for humour, theatre, warmth, experience and heart. Oh and he does a nice line in colourful double-cuffed shirts and sports a variety of facial hair-dos.
