Training course design - innovative, fresh, participative and focussed

Training Course

Criterion Partnership has over 15 years of experience in the creation of stimulating experiential training courses. Our work has covered training for senior executives through to retail staff. We always take great care to understand the target group before starting the design process. We then integrate this understanding with your business objectives to create training processes which are innovative, fresh, participative and focussed. Along with detailed guidelines for trainers, we manage the creation of course notes, hand-outs, participative exercises, and audiovisual support materials. We are also happy to deliver the training solutions we have created, although many of our clients commission us to “hand over” the training to their own in-company training professionals or line-managers: in these circumstances we manage the handover to attain the highest possible standards when the training is rolled out.

Reaching staff across multi-site locations

A specific business challenge arises when staff are geographically remote. Under these circumstances, we use our experience to create training solutions which can be implemented locally by line-managers or designated trainers at multi-site locations. Since the delivery of training may be conducted by people with little training experience, our materials are created to make delivery as practical and straightforward as possible, without compromising the quality of the training processes. If you have employees spread over multi-site locations, please contact Criterion Partnership for more information
